Latest
2026-05-17: watched both of Engelbart’s demos (1968 Mother of all demos, 2004 Accelerating Change keynote) plus Maggie Appleton’s GitHub Universe talk on agent collaboration. Captured the deep frame underneath: H-LAM/T, Networked Improvement Community, collective capability, dimensional scaling, bootstrapping in the strict sense, the proof layer LLMs are missing, and alignment as the new bottleneck (ACE as Engelbart’s NIC with agents added). Emerging thesis: stop designing conversations, start designing the augmentation system.
